Pros
I absolutely loved working for this company. They helped me move up the chain of command faster than I ever imagined and I got really far really fast. I left as an AM. They put a lot of their effort into teaching how to do store sets and make sure you keep the store in running order. The customers are great!
Cons
The general manager I had come in when mine left for Maternity leave came in and broke a lot of critical control rules and policies and when they were reported to HR, we were shut down and told to get over it and I could not continue to work for a company that would do that. Other than that, its a great business.
