      Fun atmosphere, good people, very flexible with hours, great work-life balance, 20% discount isn't bad

      Cons

      Low pay(min. wage) and no chance for raise. The store get very messy, a lot to clean up.

      Pros

      Good first job experience in retail. Good management and coworkers. Policies made sense and were good for the customers, employees and business.

      Cons

      Busy for holiday season. I'm not the best at handling money, though I improved quickly. While I was there there were some changes and/or procedures for the holidays that I was not always informed of because I worked only a couple days a week.
