      Pros

      Customers were nice. The assistant managers and sales associate were awesome!!!

      Cons

      Store was a MESS!!! The store manager was never in the store. The store manger never compliment the hard work of the other mangers and sales associates in the store. Instead of making the situation better, managers would complain and leave. Having floor plans every week was a mess because we never had all the equipment needed to make them happen. All around chaos!!!

      It's a relatively easy job at store level ... 20% discount A good retail experience as far as experience goes ..

      Cons

      Honestly like the title says ... It's a min wage job ! Management is way to pushy ! In professionalism to the max ! If we had way more coverage then we would meet sales goals The survey we push does not have realistic expectations Email prompt annoying , we need loyalty cards !!!! Customers prefer it over these emails they receive !!!
