      Pros

      Fast-paced, energetic work environment! And we sell awesome products at great prices!

      Cons

      Customers steal, damage product, generally disrespect the entire store and its property.

      Pros

      Good with days off you may need. Great customers and associate team members Good discount Hires seasonal associates, but has loyalty to the permanent associates Hours of operation: not too late/not too early (at least for me)

      Cons

      Too many people hired: everyone gets about 4-6 hours a week: why??? No communication from mgt to associates, no one knows what is going on Unprofessional management: they gossip constantly about the district and store team members NO training/no follow up / no development District and regional management very secretive and RUDE!
