Pros

Work/life balance is consistent. PTO is quickly accrued (per hour accumulation), 401K is competitively invested, Insurance options available. Team Leads, Supervisors and Managers are very supportive and training is paid for. Occasional contests, spiffs and fun stuff for the teams.

Cons

Audits weekly (although there is a wide margin of learning opportunity. They understand you have to get with the flow). 3 weeks minimum needed to request PTO, (we get our schedules about 3 weeks in advance, so makes sense).

I loved the companyand my managers were amazing. i worked from feb 2022- june 2023. It was an amazing experience. The advancement opportunities are incredible, i was promoted to a qa analyst after 6 months of customer service on the phones and loved my job! Five star call center was my first full time job and I got a lot of great advice and got to meet amazing supervisors! Amy and Stefani were the best managers ever 💜
