Great environment to work in, both people and company.

Pros

Family based company that cares about your work place conditions and safety. Everybody is willing to help and/or accept help to get the job done (no workplace competition). If you see any area that can use improvement (rearranging, cleaning, adding supplies) you have the ability to take the time and resources to do it. You feel a part of the team growing together.
