Pros

Great hours, friendly environment, and amazing benefits. A typical work week is Monday to Thursday with opportunities for overtime. The family who owns the business is so compassionate and truly cares about its workers. The healthcare plan along with the holiday pay/PTO are amazing! I am so happy to have this position.

Cons

If you have never worked in a factory before, it is difficult to understand their computer system.

Love the 4 day work week! Benefits are awesome. I don’t pay anything for medical. Really generous PTO – it’s like 4 weeks after 6 years with the company. People are friendly and nice. Really cool stuff that we make – amazing that we make car parts for NASCAR from scratch right here in Twin Lakes, WI. Really solid company.

Cons

Busy season can be hectic.
