      Pros

      The pay very good money/benefits and have a very good clientel to work for. The type of work they do is fun to work with and can be very rewarding when a job comes together.

      Cons

      Management is poor at best and with the company being owned by a French conglomerant they must answer to a different mindset of people.

      Pros

      Fives Cinetic has spent time most recently reviewing the culture of the company. Meaning how is the company perceived by employees and customers. New procedures have been put in place to ensure best practices are always used. A new focus on customer care is the driving force with the NEW Management team. Investments in exciting new technology for Fives to offer has positioned the company to grow for the future. The benefits the company this size is able to offer is second to none. Truly has been a wonderful place to work and grow my career!

      Business is growing faster than we can find good people to support.
