Pros

Some great coworkers. Overall easy laidback atmosphere. The bad culture is beginning to change. Great desk setup - standing desk option and 2-3 monitors.

Cons

HR is a joke. Pay is not even REMOTELY competitive. Can't keep new people (who have been there <10 yrs) because low pay and drama. Other departments constantly need help from the engineering department. Takes YEARS for people to get the title and pay that matches their work/workload.

Nice people and very nice potential (unfortunately unexplored)

Cons

Bad management in driving the company into the ground. No clue on what to do. The whole operations management team left the company in the last 3 months and it seems to be a very steep spiral down. The sales team is completely out of reach with customers. The ceo is bringing all his friends from his previous company which is closing shop in the USA because they failed miserably. There are rumors now that the entire operation will be moved to Mexico, the ceo is spending much of his time down there instead interfacing with our customers here and looking for work. Very sad to see this but it is time to jump ship. With the current management team in place Cinetic won’t last long.
