      Training Program Needs Improvement: One area where Fives could enhance the employee experience is in its training programs, especially for those based in representation offices. While technical offices benefit from robust training, the same isn't true for those working in non-technical roles. A more comprehensive training program for representatives could significantly improve the onboarding process and overall job satisfaction.

      Unprofessional management and software engineers are not well trained and I was very surprised to see that a lot of the developers don't know the basics in software development
