      No Micromanagement. Competitive pay and benefits. Highly skilled engineers. Low Stress Environment.

      Cons

      Need more projects. Will need more highly skilled engineers when more projects are awarded.

      Avoid the shinking ship.

      Pros

      Several great experienced employees to learn from if they havent be let go or left. Pay and benifits are typical. Dont expect any bonus or recognition no matter how hard you work.

      Cons

      Senior management has no vision or direction. Then they lay off the most experienced employees including sales when work is needed. Life expectancy for project managers is very short don't expect to stay long. This is the biggest complain of all their major customers. Don't be surprised if you're forced to work weekends including Sundays. This was a good place to work at until the new management starting reorganizing.
