      Pros

      Laughable as in the beginning it was great then the merger happened and it went off the rails.

      Cons

      Workforce management micromanages you and others. Adding overtime with less than a days notice. Pay is sub par. “Lay offs” in departments that have high call volumes so there’s not enough people to answer then in a timely fashion. Management is nonexistent because they are on calls so getting questions answered rarely happens in a timely fashion.

      Pros

      Remote work has been an option, which is nice.

      Cons

      The pay is not great. Too much drama exists within the organization & they don’t get rid of bad people. Management doesn’t fix it because they’re afraid of dealing with difficult personalities. Toxic work environment.

      Pros

      Flexible work hours, expanded work from home environment since the pandemic, excellent pay, great co-workers, diverse hiring, above average benefits (although not as good as they used to be).

      Cons

      Everything has become about making the shareholders happy: cutting costs, keeping the efficiency ratio high, not backfilling positions, adding more project work to those who choose to remain with the company. On top of this, add management who will schedule meeting after meeting to discuss issues but never take action, only eating more time out of the daily schedule. No more work / life balance in the recent two years.
