      Pros

      Independent and self directed schedule within a general office schedule. Management was open to new ideas. Lots of marketing materials available.

      Cons

      Offices were not private and customer did not feel their finances were privately heard. No existing customer base as the bank was new to Georgia. Very difficult to get business noticed.

      Pros

      I absolutely love working for Flagstar. My co-workers are fantastic, helpful, and friendly. There is a real family feel in our mortgage team and I look forward to going in to the office every day.

      Cons

      My only complaint is the PTO plan is a little less than I had hoped. However, I am happy to trade that off for a great work environment.
