Pay is below industry standard. Don't believe you will get any commission or bonus because matrices are so stiff you will never qualify. They will hire, work you to death and then layoff. The people that have been there for 8 plus years are the ones that get to stay, everyone else is disposable. NO severance pay when you get laid off either. They are also in the process of a merger and only care about profit, not people.

No values or integrity. The worst management I've ever seen. Coworkers getting away with bullying and harassment constantly. The branch I worked at people would yell and swear at each other almost daily. Constant mocking and belittling of others. One guy was allowed to lash out out in fits of rage at other coworkers. Managers are fully aware and never do anything because that would require them to do their job. HR only eve gave people slaps on the wrist for very serious issues.
