      Working a hybrid schedule allowed.

      There are layoffs literally ever few months. Nobody knows if they still have a job from one day to the next and up for management changing just as fast doesn't help. Just looking at the amount of staff it's clear how the bank is run behind the scenes. They try to Gaslight with hirings that are just basically Bankers while everyone on the back end gets chopped. They have you doing the job of multiple people and then limit your year review scoring.

      I can’t think of any since flagstar took over

      The employees right now are overworked especially certain CC2 positions (formerly BOC) as they are required to do everything the branch teller, platform management stuff sales. The managers are not trained enough to handle a lot of things as they were used to throwing everything on the BOC in the past. They do not promote within. It is sales sales sales calls calls calls. It has come to a point where customers has asked not to be harassed. Raises are close to nothing.
