Very poor management, especially directors and program managers. They set you up to get fired or laid off if you aren’t based in Michigan or voice your opinion on the many gaps in the system that are evident. Management lacks the knowledge on how to run a program and put the pressure on the little guys to run the show while they take the glory for your achievements and let you take the blame for their lack of knowledge on the new system and program
