too many changes, too often lack of training to the extreme favoritism to its fullest if you are type A personality you are on the chopping block managers are in the dark worse than employees even if you were the top producer and giving it 100% if managers didn't like for her/his personal reason (while everyone else liked you) they will get rid of you- although you came in with a smile every day, took on jobs that were not yours- pushed to excel and to help others- they dont care!
