Fun team building events across the company. Very diverse culture and committed to inclusion. Good pay. Trying hard to create a strong culture. Good communication from top level leaders.
Cons
Very silo’ed undercurrent; department heads have tunnel vision that seems to limit the potential for the greater good. Very hierarchical-position and power based. Some intimidation tactics rooted in this. Missing out on talent and input by not recognizing it exists at all levels.
