They have good benefits and pay.

Cons

Leadership positions are filled with unqualified an unethical managers. Managers are disrespectful and consistently speak to their subordinates in a condescending manner. You are unable to trust management with your personal details such as reason for your absence, because the entire department will know about it. In addition, if you are hired for your experience and knowledge you are considered a threat if at any point your expertise outshines the manager. Staff is afraid of upper management and do not voice their concerns transparently as they have witness management retaliate. This is a very toxic and awful workplace environment.
