      Pros

      The company used to be a place people could be proud to work, now it’s just another ‘job.’

      Cons

      Pay is far below market, any internal transfer will not get paid as much as someone coming from the outside. Work from home promises were never kept. So much uncertainty with merger that people left in a hurry. Many layoffs.
