Cons

Remote work flexibility is limited, but this is primarily due to making workplace culture and engagement a top priority in the upcoming rebrand of our mission, vision & values.

In this time that I have been there it was quick to get to know the team and the leadership. They have been working on a company improvement plan to elevate the entire company. Which day that they are listening and they care.

Cons

The font yet have mission vision values in place. But should with in the coming months to help the teams to row stronger in the same direction.
