      Pros

      Having the perspective of working for other property management companies, I can honestly say Flaherty and Collins is the best one I've worked for. Supportive staff but not overbearing; their values on paper are implemented in the real world, in my experience.

      Cons

      No cons come to mind; if you don't like to work, you just probably won't enjoy this industry period.

      Pros

      F&C cultivates the best culture and environment I've seen. Time and time again, the people that make up the company are who draw candidates, residents, and development partners. Leadership is very approachable and understanding, helping the collective meet goals to push the company forward.

      Cons

      More companywide holidays and community service would be great to see.
