I love working for Flaherty & Collins. The company has a clear vision of where it is going, and upper management is invested in moving everyone towards their highest potential. The benefit package is competitive, and the corporate office space is unbeatable. Concerns are taken seriously, victories are celebrated, and everyone is respected.

Cons

The only real con is the price of parking at the downtown location.
