I am increasingly frustrated with my manager's lack of understanding and appreciation for the effort I put into my work. Despite my dedication and the quality of my work, the expectations placed on me are often unrealistic and unsustainable. It's disheartening to see that the hard work and sacrifices I make go unnoticed, while the pressure to deliver more continues to mount. A little recognition and a more reasonable set of expectations would go a long way in maintaining morale and productivity.

The outlook of the company looks poor with frequent layoffs. Lack of transparency and poor management resulting in poorly executed strategies. Very few prospects for career growth.
