      Pros

      Amazing people who are truly passionate about doing things that matter. Great work environment with a strong collaboration culture. Everybody's voice matters at the table. Great pay, amazing benefits:unlimited vacation days, super duper health plans, unlimited snacks, catered lunches, beer on tap, cold brew, gym and phone reimbursement . The vision of the company motivates me waking up each morning and come to work.

      because of the strong collaboration culture, things can be slow sometimes.

      - can't beat the mission. we wake up every day trying to fight cancer. - incredibly talented team - it's really humbling to work with such a smart group of people from all different types of companies - really cross-functional so you get exposure to different disciplines - so much opportunity ahead of us - fun work environment, sense of urgency and purpose, lots of laughter involved

      - lots of documentation to read to stay up to speed on everything going on - decisions require cross-functional input which can take time

      I enjoy working at Flatiron more than any other company I've been employed at. The work is interesting, the mission is real, and the people are fantastic.

      Cons

      More work than we have time for means that people spend more time doing work in a week than is ideal.
