Pros

Amazing security team, very flexible company culture that accommodates a healthy amount of work life balance as well as giving opportunity for professional development.

Cons

The company is growing very quickly and is still figuring out the best organizational structure and processes to accommodate the sudden upsurge in the amount of people.

Pros

Some of the smartest, kindest, most interesting people I've ever met who are all united by a shared mission to beat cancer. Phenomenal on-boarding process and a culture that truly supports 3-4 WEEKS of intense on-boarding because they understand how important it is to know the business to be successful here. My manager and team are incredibly thoughtful and supportive. I had a death in the family a few weeks in and they were more than accommodating. Flatiron is just big enough that there is some structure in place but not so much structure that I don't feel like I have a blank slate to create and drive change. The founders are down to earth and accessible and really embedded into the fabric of this place. Our future post Roche acquisition is so bright, we are growing like CRAZY and I'm incredibly excited to be a part of Flatiron's future.

Cons

Knowledge management can be challenging but they have recently hired someone to help address this.

Depends what you're looking for. Flatiron's not a small startup anymore, but also not a huge company.
