      + Intentional and great company culture + Amazing people + Super interesting and impactful business domain + Company size. Not a start-up that will go under, but also not a huge red-tape corporation + Leadership genuinely listens

      - Growing pains that will take a while to work out, but lot's of opportunity to help shape those solutions. None feel stuck or un-solvable compared to past companies I've been at

      Pros

      Very mission driven company. Took care of employees very well during the pandemic and always willing to listen and take quick action on feedback.

      Cons

      Lots of people leaving - constant re-orgs and change. Think it's more people outgrowing their time vs. people not liking it here per say but it does make it uncomfortable for those that stayed.
