      None to think of, ever.

      Cons

      To many to mention. Flatiron is a data company and wholly owned subsidiary of Roche . The CEO should drink from the fountain of advice portrayed in their speech’s and podcasts. Leadership starts at the top. Dismal benefits are on par with tech start-up’s.

      + Intentional and great company culture + Amazing people + Super interesting and impactful business domain + Company size. Not a start-up that will go under, but also not a huge red-tape corporation + Leadership genuinely listens

      - Growing pains that will take a while to work out, but lot's of opportunity to help shape those solutions. None feel stuck or un-solvable compared to past companies I've been at
