      - Above average pay for life sciences - If your manager is supportive, the day-to-day is not bad - Flexible work environment/unlimited PTO

      Cons

      - Culture of doing things fast/selling more instead of doing things the right way - Constant changes, layoffs, and removal of benefits has led to a lack of trust with Sr. Leadership. - Changes in the past 6 months with the new CEO may indicate a positive change, but it will take time to build back that trust.
