      Pros

      Flatiron is always trying to improve and grow, with a competitive edge in an interesting space. People are all very friendly and collaborative with communication across the entire company. Hours are relatively good on the LSP team.

      Cons

      There is some disorganization in terms of knowledge management. Promotions are not always clear with unclear steps between manager and AP on our team.
