      Flexibility! Being able to work 10-19 hours/week anytime of the day or night (as long as the minimum is done by Sunday night at 11:59pm)

      Pros

      Company is genuinely committed to mission and keeping employee engagement high. Fully remote during COVID and a lot of thought put into returning to office. Office is fully stocked with snacks and lunch is served daily (not while we are remote). Great pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Super fast-paced, changing team structure, changing decision-making strategies that constantly require you to pivot. The openness to agility is good, but another new leadership decision-making team creates more hoops to jump through to make decisions. Growth opportunities vary widely by team. Diversity and inclusion is definitely a priority now, but too little too late to accomplish when most of the growth spurt is passed. There is an unspoken expectation to get the job done no matter how many long nights are required. Despite the intention to create work-life balance, there is more talk about capacity concerns than actions.
