Pros
Remote job with a lot of flexibility and support. Training is pretty good especially since it is all remote. Abstracts are reviewed very regularly for errors and feedback is usually helpful. Twelve weeks a year is allowed for (unpaid) time off and sick days are provided for PT employees
Cons
Some feedback from abstraction support is inconsistent, so this can be frustrating. Also, the requirement is 10 hours a week minimum, but many months work runs out early (sometimes really early) in the month, so income is inconsistent.
