Dazzling sales pitch about room for advancement, sucks the best employees dry.

-Flex hours -Casual dress code -Great co-workers for the most part -Good Benefits -Decent starting salary -Extremely hard to get fired

Cons

Departments are split between invisible party lines, extremely poor communication with managers, absolutely no room for advancement even though that is the selling point during an interview, does not match any of the "core" values that they proclaim. Unequal workloads with positions and horrible Human Resources department.
