      Pros

      -Truly international. You'll meet people from all over the world daily. -Captures some of the best clients in certain industry, so there is a pride that you're working for a great product and with great salespeople. -Working with some really great people. Outside of my team I can't say much, but my team was a joy to work with. They are smart, hardworking, friendly, great listeners and just all around fun and easy to work with. -Flexibility: work from home was accepted, and expected with snowy weather. -Interesting challenges and projects.

      Cons

      -Not very women friendly. One time, in lieu of an introduction, a colleague asked my peer sitting next to me if I was his secretary. There are no women in executive roles. My male peers were paid more than me and my pay increases were blocked by upper management. -Might not be a easy place to advance in your career if you don't have aviation experience.

Attracting women in the high tech field continues to be a challenge in the industry. However, we are facing it head on and we are making it a priority. We have filled a few key positions in the past few months with female candidates, and more to come in the future. Thank you again for your feedback.

      Pros

      Some good people at the sweat shop level with whom to commiserate

      Cons

      Believe the worst of the other reviews. They are true. The good reviews were added by the top-heavy useless management to artificially boost their rating to keep their jobs. These are the kind of people who step on people and push others down to boost themselves up. TRUST NO ONE in the dysfunctional clique called management. Any metrics collected have been planned to make the worker bees look bad so they can implement fake improvement strategies.

      Good resume booster, great exposure to an otherwise esoteric industry

      Cons

      Management is not respectful of employee privacy; not flexible on allowing employees to work from home; horrible compensation and benefits; will use you and lose you. Managers will take credit for your original ideas and not acknowledge the hard work their employees do. Management is incompetent and very unprofessional in that they play favorites and maintain double standards. Management
