Nice company, good management, helpful colleagues
Pros
I joined this company 4 months ago, and my experience has been good so far. The training program here is called boot-camp and it is very helpful in gaining required knowledge. Team members and leads try to help anytime you are stuck. Lot of interaction with US team, so we are able to learn a lot. Good domain, you will get to know more about planes Product company with good customers Management is very approachable, they constantly ask for feedback, which I have not seen in my earlier company HR is very friendly and easy to talk to, they fixed my PF problem
Cons
Some old technologies are still in use, but most of the newer products use Java and Angular. Recently started using SAFe, but process is not being followed by all. Office environment is a little dull, should make it look like a product company Cafetaria food should be improved, vendor is not good
