We’re sorry to hear that your perception of working with Flatirons has been negative. There have been a lot of changes within the company over the last few years, and this has been difficult on different levels. In response to some of your points, Flatirons Jouve has made an effort in the last year to promote women into leadership positions – including senior level solution delivery, program management, human resources, and operations positions. We’ve also taken steps to focus our efforts on what we do best, both in terms of target market and solution scope.
