      Good resume booster, great exposure to an otherwise esoteric industry

      Cons

      Management is not respectful of employee privacy; not flexible on allowing employees to work from home; horrible compensation and benefits; will use you and lose you. Managers will take credit for your original ideas and not acknowledge the hard work their employees do. Management is incompetent and very unprofessional in that they play favorites and maintain double standards. Management

      Atmosphere and teamwork among lower level employees. There were fun morale events.

      Cons

      Lead by unqualified managers, unethical hiring practices especially in relation to promotion opportunities, no structured training nor formal training material. More focus is being put into the benefit of overseas offices.
