      Flexible work schedule Telecommute Acceptable benefits

      Cons

      Poor communication at all levels. The training and development of employees are not a priority. Mid and senior level management lack necessary skills and experience yielding incompetency. Ineffective HR practices, borderline illegal and unethical. Compensation inequality is apparent. Growth opportunities exist, however, the compensation does not meet the demand of the position therefore promotions are not worth it.

We have made some changes to increase the focus on employee development and training, and to make sure all managers have the tools, objectives, and accountability they need to successfully respond to the needs of their employees and of our customers.       Pros

      The benefits plan is standard. The employee base is diverse. The customer base is also diverse which provides opportunities in multiple industries.

      Cons

      Turn-over is an issue at times. Management is always changing. Focus is on the bottom-line. Limited opportunities for advancement.

      Pros

      This is a very progressive, flexible company where working remotely is a regular thing. The customer base is tremendous, and there are a lot of opportunities for talented people

      Cons

      The headcount rises and falls with the flow of contracts, so don't expect long term job security when you work there
