Pros

The people - namely the entry level folks I got to work with who were in it because they like running and running community. Sadly this is pretty much where the "pros" stop.

Cons

Though some good folks, sadly some truly toxic disingenuous personalities in leadership roles. Instances of bullying and ethics complaints which were brought to light by colleagues and escalated to hr/management were never addressed (numerous). Asked to perform dangerous tasks on multiple occasions which were well outside of job duties. Victim of and witness to verbal abuse/beratement on several occasions. Management/CEO appear woefully disconnected with the nuts and bolts of this company, probably by choice. Pay: awful.

Pros

Good discount on most products in the store

Cons

To put it simply: don't work here. They don't pay you any commission (unlike other stores in the industry) but despite this, they still hold you to loft sales expectations and have a monthly meeting over your sales numbers. This oftentimes includes a manager telling you to force a product on a customer that doesn't need or want it. Also, the management (at least in my store) has gone consistently downhill since I began working there, they fired their best assistant manager and outfitters and replaced them with yes-men. The new managers are also very hypocritical and arrogant, they will yell at you for being on your phone or sitting down when they are no customers in the store despite them doing the exact same thing. Overall, just don't work here, they don't pay what you're worth and management is very toxic.

Pros

50% off everything and 30% on electrics

Cons

Over work, little to no time for your self, odd days off, unrealistic expectations for metrics, head manager does double standards and will make up lies then not talk to you about anything so one sides stores which are lies. They don’t care about mental health or your personal life so it’s like you’re a slave to the company.
