      great community, inspiring coworkers, great running perks, high energy environment, flexible management, flexible hours, learn a LOT about running shoes

      Cons

      Not a lot of down time sometimes but that's not a bad thing necessarily! Customer service job, so obviously you will get your fair share of rude people passing through but the kind people make it alllll worth it
