      -Great colleagues and customer base. -Great opportunities to learn small business(franchised-based). -Cool perks. -Lots of transferable concepts. -Diverse knowledge of expertise for future employment opportunities.

      Cons

      -Everyone, regardless of position/title, will be a "fitter" (floor salesman). -You will work weekends, a lot. -Low pay.

      Pros

      Good co-workers. Most of the other employees are friendly and helpful. If you are a runner it's a good place to interact with like-minded people.

      Cons

      Pay is terrible, but you get an employee discount. Management/owners aren't always consistent in how they treat staff members.
