      Pros

      Seeing early releases of new product and testing them out. Helping with community runs. Great staff who all shares the same love for running.

      Cons

      Hard to become full time. Expected to work 9+ during the weekends. On slower days you are asked to leave no matter your sales position, which can change weekly expected hours.

      Pros

      Fun environment--you get to talk running all day long. Excellent co-workers and the owners are great. Great training, adn above-average salary for a retail job.

      Cons

      None. This is just a flat-out great place to work, and anyone with a great personality and a love for running or fitness should consider it.

      401k, great work environment, get to work races and events, you get to talk running all day, free snacks and product are given out often

      Cons

      you are promised many things that never happen, you work easily over 50 hours a week for 40 hour a week pay.
