      Another toxic retail store

      Pros

      Sales and retail experience. That’s about it, nothing much. Just another toxic retail store selling running gear. I can just buy the same gear for a better price somewhere else.

      Cons

      Toxic management and workplace. No flexibility in schedule/hours. They don’t care about your life outside of work. No work/life balance. Extremely low pay for the amount of work you are doing. No room for growth.
