      Everyone is friendly, and each project is managed well by the managers, so that engineers can allocate their time efficiently.

      The salary is not competent compared to other same kinds of companies.

      Pros

      There are a lot of different learning opportunities because Flex does contract manufacturing. This means that you get to learn a broad skill set since each project is different and a lot of the projects are 6 months projects. The opportunities for learning at Flex are many.

      Cons

      The office that I worked at has 3 people to a cube. It is very difficult to focus on your work when you are constantly interrupted.
