      This is a terrible organization - only profit driven and compliance driven.

      I can't think of any at this time.

      Cons

      This company is only profit driven. The treat their employees terribly when it comes to compensation - less than 2% annual raises, changing compensation and bonus plans mid year with no notice. What is someone living in San Jose supposed to do with that?

      Good Inclusive Culture. Desire to be better. Genuine Concerns for Workers

      Cons

      Cheap. Inter department tussle all the time. No one wants to drive anything, they want to make other people be responsible. Complete lack of direction from upper management. The company is not able to decide it's work culture, whether we diversify or stick to our strengths.

      Pros

      You learn a lot and most of your co-workers are awesome to work with. Paid well, and nice benefits.

      Cons

      Leadership is terrible, no forecasting delivered correctly & they check the badge reports to when you come and go. Lacks communication, and growth support. Crazy long hours and expected to work them.
