      Pros

      This is a company that provides multiple opportunities for aggressive hard working people to advance to the Director/Sr. Director levels

      Cons

      There is little to no focus on the customer.....never have I been at any company where the most senior of management conspires to "Get one over" on the customer......the least customer focused company in the NASDAQ 100 IMHO. Almost all of the Senior management (VP and above) comes from outside the company

      Poor Management at the top across all functions

      Pros

      This would be a good learning ground for fresh graduates or those with less than 5 years experience.

      Cons

      Not a place for a career. Poor senior executives from Directors to Sr VPs. Most of the senior folks have poor knowledge or experience running their functions/operations in Asia. They think what works in one part of the world will work in Asia as well. All they do is talk without knowing the root cause. They do best in escalating a problem instead of solving it.
