      Pros

      Great flexibility and benefits are pretty good. Small company attitude within a big company. From an employee point of view, most of the time it is fairly low stress.

      Cons

      Poor management direction and communications. Management is their own little clic and mostly former Nortel (you know how well they did). Small company attitude within a big company. Office environment matches the low cost philosophy of the company.

      Pros

      Holidays paid time and a half, health insurance is good compared to other companies, great way to build up your resume, a lot of time typing on the computer makes your hands speedy. Nice co-workers.

      Cons

      Unable to use cellphone at any time, training is very poor, and usually things have to be figured out between you and your co-workers, do not expect a raise, expect working standing up in on place, expect angry customers, expect to have vacations denied, expect to be short staffed, your best will never be their best
