      1. huge MNC, fortune 500 2. lots of positions 3. lots of factories worldwide 4. some functions have some strong leaders 5. good place to learn manufacturing

      1. low salary compared to other industries 2. very little benefits, as the profit margin is ver slim 3. all salaries goto program and operation directors and VPs 4. long working hours 5. high work pressure 6. political and bureaucratic

      Terrible Company To Work For

      Pros

      They provide a benefits package, Every Employee will receive at least 40 hours a week, and coworkers are friendly for the most part.

      Cons

      Incompetent management, no raises even after a year or more of service so you will make 12$ an hour forever, laughable bonus checks every three months, and upper management is unresponsive and they manage via email only.
