Pros
Flextronics provided a good opportunity to work alongside VZW employees and gain some knowledge as well as a decent pay and benefits package.
Cons
Working basically as a contractor had the feel of answering to two different sets of management. Indecision about the way to perform tasks. Had a feel of competing with Verizon employees in their own house! Only saw manager once per week, if that. Did more work than Verizon employees but paid much less with much less benefits.
