Pros

Telecommute, salary, autonomy, relationships, travel. Overall it was a great place to work. My division manager was useless but everyone else was amazing and supportive.

Cons

long hours - position easily bleeds in to personal time because of time zone conflicts. But I have friends all over the world because of this job.

Pros

Large company, There were many departments to handle very specific functions. Good exposure to a fast paced business evironment. Opportunity to do a wide variety of things.

Cons

Very high expectation of working / being available around the clock. Very little transparency in leadership decisions,. Expectation that employees continue to take on more, even when overloaded. Employees generally not treated as individuals - no human touch. Bureaucratic. Immature leadership.

Pros

-Fun to work in a corporate Verizon store as a technician. The employees were laid back. -You acquire advanced knowledge of phone troubleshooting. You are able to help people outside of work on problems.

Cons

-Unnecessary Micromanagement -The Field Team Supervisor (your manager) is just there to babysit and make the schedule. He has no real power to do anything.
